Karim: YTEPP’s Institute of Cosmetology and Vancouver Island University to co-brand

YTEPP Limited and the Vancouver Island University may soon enter into a partnership. This was announced by The Honourable Fazal Karim, Minister of Tertiary Education and Skills Training as he delivered the Feature Address at the completion ceremony of YTEPP’s Institute of Cosmetology on Wednesday 26th August, 2015 at Woodford Lodge, Chaguanas.Describing YTEPP’s achievement in building the facility, he likened it the phoenix, since the lands used formed part of Caroni 1975 Limited which

Karim: OJT To pay $4,500 at the Associate Degree level

A total of 200 On the Job Trainees (OJT’s) will be incorporated in the Trinidad and Tobago Postal Corporation (TTPost) by next week Monday. This was announced by The Honourable Fazal Karim, Minister of Tertiary Education and Skills Training as he spoke to the newly inducted trainees at the Chaguanas Borough Corporation on Friday August 21st, 2015. He also revealed the OJT remuneration package is set to be reviewed.

Karim opens Centre for Workforce Research and Development at UWI

The Centre for Workforce Research and Development (CWRD) at The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus was officially opened by The Honourable Fazal Karim, Minister of Tertiary Education and Skills Training, a facility which is designed to become a hub for labour market information and workforce development.
