Job Letter Request Form

Kindly note that the online letter application system will be available from Wednesday 30th January 2019 10:00am.


  1. A valid moe.gov.tt/fac.edu.tt email address must be used to log in to the online job letter system.
  2. All requests for the creation of an moe.gov.tt/fac.edu.tt email address must come from the school principal, HR division or supervisor. These requests must be sent to the I.C.T.D help desk via an official moe.gov.tt/fac.edu.tt email address. 
  3. Only submit one (1) letter request per instance: an automatic email will be sent when the request has been actioned.
