 Congratulations to New NPTA President

The Ministry of Education extends warm congratulations to the new president of the National Parent/Teachers Association (NPTA) Mrs. Raffiena Ali-Boodoosingh. The Ministry has maintained a fruitful relationship with the NPTA and wishes to continue these purposeful stakeholder relations with the new President and members of the new executive. The NPTA is a crucial stakeholder in education and the representation of the parents and their support in schools is aligned with the Ministry’s focus on parenting in education.

The Ministry also wishes to thank the outgoing President Mrs. Zena Ramatali for her service to the organization and for her continued support and championing of the development of parents and children in all our nation’s schools.
