Media Release: Scholarships Awarded for CAPE 2022

The Ministry of Education is pleased to announce the award of scholarships based on the results of the Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examinations (CAPE) 2022. The scholarships in the ten (10) cognate groups are awarded solely based on academic performance.

For academic year 2021/2022, the Government of Trinidad and Tobago (GoRTT) awarded 100 scholarships – 32 Open and 68 Additional. Of the 100 scholarships, 72% were awarded to female students while 28% were awarded to male students.
